By using this online store or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service as well as the applicable policies displayed on the website.

The goal is pretty simple: to provide you with a pleasant and transparent shopping experience while establishing a few clear guidelines so everything goes smoothly for everyone.

🌿 Products & live plants

Cynthia Flora primarily offers tropical plants, collector plants, as well as accessories, substrates, and other plant-care products.

Because plants are living organisms, their appearance may naturally change over time. A new leaf may appear, an older leaf may yellow or fall off, and other minor changes may occur between the time photos are taken and the time your order is received.

When a product listing states that you will receive the plant pictured, the photo represents the exact plant being offered for sale.

I do my best to represent products, their colours, dimensions, and condition as accurately as possible. However, their appearance may vary slightly depending on the screen or device used.

🛒 Availability & orders

Most plants are available in very limited quantities — often only one of each.

Adding a product to your cart therefore does not guarantee that it is reserved until your order has been completed.

Cynthia Flora reserves the right to exceptionally cancel or refuse an order in the event of an inventory error, an obvious pricing error, a technical issue, suspected fraud, or when circumstances make it impossible to reasonably fulfill the order.

If an order that has already been paid for must be cancelled by Cynthia Flora, the applicable amounts will be refunded using the appropriate payment method.

💳 Prices & payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD), unless otherwise indicated.

Applicable taxes and shipping or pickup fees are added when required and displayed during the checkout process.

Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at the time of purchase.

Despite the care taken in maintaining the shop, a pricing or information error may occasionally occur. If an obvious error affects an order, I will contact you to explain the situation and find an appropriate solution.

📦 Shipping & pickup

Terms regarding plant shipping, timelines, temperatures, pickup locations, and issues that may occur during transportation are detailed in the Shipping & Pickup Policy.

By selecting a shipping or pickup method, you agree to the conditions applicable to that method.

💗 Cancellations, returns & refunds

Live plants require special conditions regarding returns and refunds.

The rules regarding cancellations, damaged products, store credits, and refunds are detailed in the Return & Refund Policy.

🪴 Plant care advice

The information and advice available through Cynthia Flora are provided with care to help you look after your plants.

However, a plant’s needs may vary depending on its environment, including light, temperature, humidity, substrate, and watering habits.

The information provided should therefore be considered general recommendations and cannot guarantee the future growth or survival of a plant once it is under the customer’s care.

💻 Use of the website

You agree to use the website and its services lawfully and respectfully.

In particular, you may not attempt to disrupt the operation of the shop, gain unauthorized access to restricted areas of the website, use the website for fraudulent purposes, or transmit malicious content.

Unless otherwise indicated, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, and other content created for Cynthia Flora remain the property of Cynthia Flora.

They may not be reproduced, used for commercial purposes, or redistributed without prior authorization.
